Troubleshooting

 

 

Buffering, freezing and other issue try these simple steps on your device…

 

 

   Fire devices 

 

 

     Unplug you modem, router and device for a few minutes, then plug them back in and allow them to boot back up.

 

 

     1.  Go to setting on your firestick, in the middle right of the screen or very top right on your Home Screen

 

 

     2.  Click Applications

 

 

     3.  Open manage Installed Applications 

 

 

     4.  Click on each Application and click force stop and Click clear cache ( do not clear Data, that’s where your username and passwords are stored)

 

 

     5.  Then keep click back until you are back at your home screen  or click the home button on your remote.

 

 

     6.  Start your iptv app.  Again and refresh all data or all channels and refresh guide  

 

 

     7.  Go in to the app settings and Try a different stream format for live tv Use MPEGTS or .ts and add the VLC player for movies and series.

 

Android devices 

 

 

     Unplug you modem, router and device for a few minutes, then plug them back in and allow them to boot back up.

 

 

     Go to settings then to apps.  

 

 

     1. Force stop the app

 

 

     2. Clear the cache…not the data or you will have to log back in.

 

 

     3. Start your iptv app.  Again and refresh all data or all channels and refresh guide  

 

 

     4. Go in to the app settings and Try a different stream format for live tv Use MPEGTS or .ts and add the VLC player for movies and series.
